How to control diabetes

Diabetics are called the disease of Whole life. There is no permanent treatment for this disease. If you follow some rules and if you have a clear idea about how to control diabetes then you can lead a healthier life.
Everyday work should be done-
  1. You should follow the diet plan which is given by the doctor or dialectician.
  2. You should do some exercise at least 5 days in a week and ask the doctor about your exercise plan.
  3. Blood glucose should be checked as directed
  4. Every time the blood glucose is checked, the results should be recorded in the record book
  5. Sometimes you have to check your legs whether any wound, blister, swelling or not.
  6. Brush and floss your teeth regularly.
  7. Stop smoking
